Job Description:
Respect Behavior Therapy is currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Behavior Technician to provide in-home ABA services to adult clients with developmental disabilities. This is a position offering flexible hours and meaningful, rewarding work in a supportive environment. Services are rendered in the community, adult daycare, and the client's home.
Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) with relevant experience are encouraged to apply!
Responsibilities:
Work 1:1 with adult clients in their homes, implementing individualized behavior support plans
Follow programs designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Collect and record data on behaviors and skill acquisition
Collaborate with families and supervisors to ensure consistent and effective service delivery
Maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality at all times
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous experience as a Behavior Technician or Direct Support Professional (DSP) preferred
Passion for working with individuals with disabilities
Reliable transportation to travel to client homes
Must pass background check and any state-required screenings
Strong communication and organizational skills
Preferred:
RBT certification (not required but a plus)
Experience working with adult populations in home or community settings
