We are currently seeking a highly organized and dependable Personal Assistant to support our Director of Clinical Services. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.


Position Overview:
The Personal Assistant will provide direct support to the Director of Clinical Services, helping manage daily administrative, organizational, and scheduling responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be discreet, tech-savvy, and capable of balancing multiple priorities with professionalism and confidentiality.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Director’s calendar, schedule meetings, and send timely reminders

  • Screen and respond to emails, phone calls, and messages on the Director’s behalf

  • Organize digital files and documents, including clinical and operational reports

  • Assist with internal communications, follow-ups, and task tracking

  • Conduct research and prepare briefings or summaries as needed

  • Help coordinate staff meetings, trainings, and events

  • Complete personal or business-related errands and tasks when requested

  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure sensitive information is handled with discretion


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Prior experience as a personal assistant (preferably in healthcare or clinical settings)

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Gmail), Microsoft Office, and Zoom

  • Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and anticipate needs

  • Discretion, professionalism, and dependability are a must


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with behavioral health services, or healthcare documentation

  • Experience using platforms like SuiteDash, Connecteam, or project management tools

  • Located in Georgia.
