Respect Behavior Therapy is a growing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) practice dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate care to the children and families we serve. We're looking for an organized, proactive Office Manager to keep our daily operations running smoothly and support our clinical team.
Position Summary
The Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the administrative and operational functions of the clinic. This role is the operational backbone of the practice, coordinating scheduling, staff support, documentation, and day-to-day office management to ensure clinicians can focus on delivering excellent client care.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations and administrative functions.
- Supervise front office processes and ensure efficient clinic workflow.
- Coordinate staff schedules and support scheduling needs.
- Assist with client intake, onboarding, and documentation management.
- Monitor authorizations, referrals, and administrative compliance requirements.
- Support communication between families, clinical staff, and leadership.
- Maintain client records and ensure HIPAA compliance.
- Assist with staff onboarding, training coordination, and office procedures.
- Identify operational improvements and help implement efficient systems.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working in an ABA therapy setting is mandatory. Applicants without direct ABA experience will not be considered.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency with office software and comfort learning practice management systems.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) is strongly recommended.
- Candidates who are not currently certified must be open to becoming RBT certified as a condition of employment.
- Prior experience in a managerial or administrative leadership role within a healthcare or therapy practice.
