About Us:
Respect Behavior Therapy is a growing ABA therapy provider dedicated to delivering compassionate, evidence-based services to children and families. We are seeking a welcoming, organized, and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients, families, and staff at our clinic.

Position Overview:
The Receptionist will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations at the clinic. This position requires excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients, families, and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner.

  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries.

  • Schedule and confirm appointments for therapy sessions.

  • Maintain front desk organization, including client check-in/check-out.

  • Assist with intake paperwork and ensure documentation is complete.

  • Support administrative staff with filing, scanning, and data entry.

  • Coordinate communication between families and clinical staff.

  • Uphold confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

  • Adheres to all policies on safety and security; maintains restricted areas safe by safeguarding entry and computer system passwords in strict confidentiality.

  • General cleaning duties to ensure that the office remains clean and tidy for both clients and staff.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree preferred.

  • Prior experience as a receptionist, front desk, or administrative support (healthcare setting preferred).

  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.

  • Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality (HIPAA compliance).
