About Us:
Respect Behavior Therapy is a mission-driven ABA provider dedicated to delivering high-quality, evidence-based services to children, adolescents, and adults across Georgia. Our focus is on compassionate care, cultural responsiveness, and meaningful progress for every client. We provide center-based, in-home, community-based, and school-based services. We are currently seeking a dedicated full-time BCBA to join our team for a fully in-person role. This is not a remote or hybrid position.
Position Summary:
The BCBA will be responsible for overseeing ABA therapy programs by conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, supervising RBTs, and ensuring high-quality service delivery through direct, in-person support. You will work closely with families and team members to guide individualized treatment plans and promote client success.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and skill-based assessments in person
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
Provide in-person supervision, coaching, and support to RBTs and Behavior Technicians
Deliver caregiver training and behavior support directly with families
Monitor and review data to make real-time treatment decisions
Maintain accurate, compliant documentation per insurance and BACB requirements
Collaborate with caregivers, school staff, and interdisciplinary professionals
Travel to client homes, schools, or community locations within the service area
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB
At least 1 year of ABA experience preferred
Reliable personal transportation and a valid driver’s license
Ability to work independently and manage a flexible, in-person caseload
Excellent communication, organizational, and clinical skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with diverse populations
Familiarity with ABADesk or similar data collection platforms
Bilingual skills (Spanish, Creole, African languages, or ASL) are a plus
Prior experience in school or community settings is strongly valued
