Bright Impact Behavioral Practices, operating under Respect Behavior Therapy, provides comprehensive and evidence-based ABA services throughout the Atlanta Metropolitan area and surrounding counties. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a dedicated and passionate BCaBA or Student Behavior Analyst to join our growing clinical team. Our mission is to create meaningful, lasting change for our clients while fostering a supportive, learning-focused environment for our staff.
Position Summary
The BCaBA or Student Behavior Analyst will work collaboratively with our BCBAs and RBTs to ensure high-quality ABA service delivery. This role involves conducting assessments, developing individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs), supervising RBTs, and working directly with clients and families. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking supervised fieldwork hours, hands-on experience, and career growth within a compassionate and professional ABA practice.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct assessments including preference assessments, skills assessments, and functional behavior assessments (FBAs).
Develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on assessment results.
Provide direct and indirect supervision to RBTs to ensure treatment fidelity and quality.
Collaborate with clients, families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary partners to promote meaningful progress.
Monitor client outcomes and adjust treatment plans as clinically appropriate.
Participate in supervision meetings, clinical team meetings, and professional development opportunities.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including session notes, progress reports, and data records.
Adhere to BACB® professional standards and ethical guidelines at all times.
Qualifications
Enrollment in or completion of an ABA master’s program, or active BCaBA certification.
Minimum of 1 year of ABA or related behavioral health experience.
Strong assessment, treatment planning, and supervisory skills.
Effective communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client locations as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
Active BCaBA certification (preferred but not required)
Experience in early childhood intervention, functional analytic psychotherapy, or social skills instruction.
Familiarity with ABA data platforms such as ABADesk or similar systems.
